Please search the forums or click the Learn tab above and go to the Data and Data Access section and read the tutorials or watch the videos. You will probably want a "Search" button though - unless the db is really tiny, access is liable to perform too slowly to try to execute a new look up on every key stroke If I am typing a long search phrase, I would be pretty annoyed by waiting for an updated search result after every keystroke You can use DataGridView control instead to show data from a database.
Also, please take a look at this thread on multiple search criteria. A little bit difficult because it seems that you open the possibility to check in one time for 5 different selector criteria in one time, while you have only one textbox to put the criteria in.
